Description
Fly Amanita Mushroom
Amanita muscaria, more commonly known as the Fly Amanita, is one of the most iconic species of toadstool in the world. Although poisonous, the fly amanita is still parboiled to reduce toxicity and consumed worldwide, and is noted for its hallucinogenic properties. Identified by its trademark white spots, several subspecies of A. muscaria exist with colors varying between red, orange, and yellow.
