(Dryopteris erythrosora) Our dramatically-red take on the autumn fern. Native to east Asia, it grows in the shade in lightly wooded areas of hills and low mountains. In nature, the red will gradually fade to a dark green as the fern matures.

 (Cornus canadensis) This small, herbaceous, and slow-growing shrub generally grows from 4″ to 8″ (10-20 cm) tall. It typically forms a carpet-like mat along the ground.
